Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used, and operating system. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Contact via the Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Sending of Form Messages via Resend

For the technical delivery of messages submitted via the contact form, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The data entered in the form is transmitted to Resend for this purpose. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Resend. Since data is transferred to the USA in this process, the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).

Contact via WhatsApp

On our website you will find a link for contacting us via WhatsApp. If you use this link, your data will be processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. or Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) in accordance with their privacy policy. We have no influence over this processing. This may result in your data being transferred to the USA. This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. No tracking or analytics cookies and no cookies for marketing purposes are set. No consent is required for this.

Storage Duration
